With a background in mechanical engineering and extensive operational expertise, he has consistently worked at the intersection of business strategy and operational efficiency.
Throughout his career, Piyush has managed diverse functions including catalog management, customer care and escalation handling, production planning and control, and supply chain operations. His experience also includes due diligence processes, audit documentation, and implementing operational frameworks that support scalable business growth.
One of his most significant contributions involved building a startup’s operational infrastructure from the ground up and successfully launching operations across 17 cities. He also designed and implemented warehouse return and tracking systems, improved product lifecycle management, and increased warehouse capacity utilization without requiring major capital investments.
